. I did change this up a little bit because there are only two of us. I should also add that it took less time to simmer down since it was not. Weve tried every can of hot dog chili available to us and they all fall very short on flavor.
I halved everything in the recipe except the chili powder I used 1 12 tbs and after tasting at the end shook in just a dash more garlic powder and paprika. Also i halfed the recipe like another cook and made 8 hotdog buns like the recipe suggested instead of 6 but i think theyd be better bigger. Thanks for the previous recommendations to let it rise longer.
